MISSION/VISION
 McLeaish & Associates was formed to represent individuals who have
been wronged by another individual or company and to help people who
have become injured on the job. A dedicated plaintiff's firm,
McLeaish & Associates represents clients in various areas of
practice including: workers' compensation, non-subscriber cases, on
the job accidents involving responsible third parties, personal
injury, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, insurance
claims, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing ("bad
faith"), social security claims, consumer bankruptcy, and estate
planning.
Since our formation we have been able to help hundreds of clients
obtain a favorable recovery for their problems. As a small firm our
attorneys are able to provide you and your case with personal
attention.
There is no fee for an initial consultation where we will listen to
your case and determine if you need our services.
When you contact us you will learn how, in most cases, you can hire
our firm to represent you on a contingency fee basis which means
that our fee is collected only if your case is settled or won at
trial. We have been able to obtain financing for lawsuits without
